GST billing that matches the price on your board
In a cracker shop the rate you tell the customer already includes GST. The software works the same way: it takes the tax out of your selling rate, so the bill total is always the price you said.
- CGST + SGST or IGST, your GSTIN, HSN code on every line and a rate-wise tax table on A4 and A5 bills.
- MRP and savings on the bill. MRP is struck through and the customer sees “You saved ₹4,400”.

What is Cracker Manager?
Cracker Manager is cracker shop management software. It does GST billing, barcode scanning, stock, staff, payments and GST reports for fireworks shops, and runs in the browser on a PC, tablet or phone.
Does it make GST bills?
Yes. Your selling rate already includes GST, and the bill shows the taxable value with CGST + SGST (or IGST for another state), your GSTIN, HSN codes and a rate-wise tax table. You can also export HSN-wise and rate-wise GST summaries as CSV or PDF for your CA.
Which barcode scanner do I need?
Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works. You can also scan with the phone camera on Android and iPhone. If your boxes have no barcode, print your own barcode labels from the software.
Can I use it on my mobile phone?
Yes. Billing, stock, reports and camera scanning all work in the phone browser. There is nothing to install.
Can my staff use it, and can I control what they see?
Yes. Add staff from inside the software and choose what each person can do, for example billing only, no discounts, or no reports. Every change, stock edit and login is recorded in the activity log with the person's name.
We bill at one counter and take money at another. Does that work?
Yes. Switch on two-counter mode: counter 1 adds items and saves, and the cash counter scans the bill barcode to collect payment. Unpaid bills are not counted in sales until the money is received.
Does it need internet?
Yes. It runs online, so your bills and stock are saved on the server and you can check sales from home.
